What we can help with
- Questions about anything in a provider guide or comparison.
- Corrections, if a provider has changed its pricing, free tier or verification process and a page is now out of date.
- Suggestions for platforms or topics the library should cover.
What we cannot help with
We are not a reseller and we have no access to anyone’s cloud account, so we cannot sell you an account, transfer credits, restore a suspended account or act on your behalf with a provider. For anything involving your own account, contact the provider’s support directly: they are the only party who can act on it.

Messages reach a real person and are answered in the order they arrive. We reply to the address you give, so please check it is correct.
